LOCAL ASSISTANT/AGENT(distant working, full-time or part-time)

We are a reputable Japanese company in infrastructure engineering consultancy based in Tokyo.

We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled, multi-tasking freelancer (preferable female) to assist our team in Japan distantly in the emerging businesses in Vietnam. This is a productivity-based job, and the employee can enjoy a flexibility of work station.

Job scope includes but not limited to the followings:

1. a) Business Promotion Tasks (project finding):

* Support in collecting, compiling and analyzing information/data

* Support in finding new projects and other forms of business opportunities in Vietnam (including meeting up with potential partners and clients, attending events, etc.)

* Support in arranging logistics for business trips (and join them when necessary)

1. b) Office Administrative Tasks:

* Support in producing marketing materials (Using MS Office package)

* Support in translating documents (English-Vietnamese and via versa)

* Support in coordination with various stakeholders (via email and telephone)

Requirements and selection criteria:

* Preferably female, university graduate, based in Hanoi

* Good English proficiency (writing & speaking) & good interpersonal skill

* Good computer proficiency (MS Office package, web-based applications)

* Dynamic, responsible and committed, eager to learn, sociable

* Preferred minimum 2 year working experience

* Possessing the followings can be a great advantage: Knowledge of Japanese language and working etiquette, knowledge of the industry (infrastructure, urban planning, and environment), good networks of the industry, graphic-processing software proficiency

Salary:

* Decided based on qualifications and experiences

* Equivalent to a range from 400-800 USD/month for full-time
